Charlotte Sister Cities is proud to participate in the Charlotte Asian Festival Dragon Boat Race and Land Program. Our dragon boat team will be led by Honorary Captain Councilman Greg Phipps and joined by diverse Charlotte Sister Cities members from all over Charlotte. In addition, the Charlotte Sister Cities Baoding Committee will have a tent with information about the sister cities and trivia about Baoding. You are all cordially invited to cheer for the dragon boat team and learn more about Charlotte’s 35 year sister city partnership with Baoding, China.
